Discridssc Live Terms and Conditions
Effective 1 January 2023. These terms govern access to Discridssc Live services, programmes, events, and digital platforms.
1. Introduction
Discridssc Live (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates marketing education services throughout Ireland. By engaging with our website, platforms, or programmes, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to represent their organisation. Exceptions may be granted for accredited academic partnerships.
3. Services Covered
These Terms cover our training programmes, advisory services, digital resources, events, and related content provided via discridssc.live or in-person delivery.
4. Account Creation
Certain resources require account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality, ensuring accurate information, and notifying us of any unauthorised use.
5. Programme Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of signed proposals or electronic acceptance. We reserve the right to decline participation where demand exceeds capacity.
6. Fees and Payment
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Irish law.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Written notice is required for cancellations. Fees may apply depending on notice period, venue commitments, and preparatory work completed.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, curricula, and resources remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred. Participants receive a licence for internal use only.
9. Participant Conduct
We foster inclusive environments. Participants must engage respectfully, comply with facilitators’ guidance, and refrain from disruptive behaviour.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagements. We may reference anonymised learnings for benchmarking and research.
11. Data Protection
We process personal data in line with the Discridssc Live Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Programmes are designed for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, outcomes depend on participant implementation and context.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled by the Irish courts with jurisdiction in Dublin.
